NO MORE MONTHLY TAX ESCROW PAYMENTS AS PART OF YOUR MORTGAGE

The Pennsylvania government spends millions of your tax dollars to assist families to buy a home. At the same time, school, county, and municipal property taxes discourage potential home owners. Those same high taxes make it impossible for many of our citizens to own homes, while also driving tens of thousands of our citizens out of their homes every year through sheriff sales.

Abolishing all property taxes on primary residences (homesteads\farmsteads) will eliminate the mortgage monthly tax escrow payments that often amount to hundreds of dollars. That will mean more people can buy homes; and more people who are struggling to make this monthly tax escrow payment as part of their mortgage will be able to keep their homes.

The STOP Primary Residence Protection Plan is more than just a sensible, workable property tax reform plan. It is also a housing opportunity plan.

The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee study of the STOP plan proved the plan is fiscally viable and will provide the necessary replacement funding for our schools, counties and municipal governments when all property taxes on primary residences are abolished. Its not auto insurance thats causing problems with peoples household budgets, its mortgages and taxes. ARM's are the WORST plague to hit the lending market EVER! If anyone reading this has an Adjustable Rate Mortgage, refinance NOW while rates are still low. If you have a good FICO, then you can get a fixed 6.25% easily. People need to be educated to take great care in nurturing their credit score, which also affects their car insurance alot more than you think. SMART MONEY MANAGAMENT is best way to cut the parasitic tentacles of Gov't off your family.

I've used this Auto Insurer for 10 years, and have not found another company that can compete! Is it possible, that the lack of response is because very few people even access this web site?

I will insure that my 9th Grade Daughter provides this information to her History Teacher and classmates during Current Events Discussion.
